The Morale - 兵法

As refer to Sun Tzu on The Art of War, the word "morale" has four conditions that determine whether you or your opponent will fight or will quit. What really a matter is when combating is to keep your morale high and your enemy’s morale low. Of course, your enemy will seek the same against you.

Four Conditions of Morale [1]
1. The soldier fights – As he has hope.
2. The soldier quits – As he can quit instead of fighting and still live.
3. The soldier fights – As he has no choice but to fight or die.
4. The soldier quits – As he loses his will to fight.

In reality, a team of 3 ia able to outclass a team of 10. Likewise, in today's business environment particularly in boardroom for negotiations or presentations, can a small knife cut down a big tree? Can't it? Why not?
