Q2: How many pages of company profile
can I do?
In general, we offer 3 types of company
profile packages: (i) SME Silver Package (8 pages), (ii) SME Gold Package (20 pages)
and (iii) SME Platinum Package (40 pages). Please review rate card for more details.
Q3: Can I have less than 8 pages for my
company profile?
No, it is not recommended, and GECB provides company profile services in packages only.
Q4: Can I have “customized” package for my
company profile?
Yes, you can have a “customized” package,
but the package will follow page-based charge.
Q5: What file format can I expect for my
company profile?
Your company profile can be completed
either in PowerPoint (PP) or Adobe Illustrator (AI) format. Upon completion,
you will receive soft copy.
Q6: What is the difference between AI
and PP format?
AI format requires the Adobe Illustrator
software and is suitable for offset printing purpose; if you don’t need to
print more, and may need to edit your company profile content from time to
time, PP format is highly recommended.
Q7: When can I have my very first draft?
For SME Silver Package, the first draft
would be delivered within 3-5 working days; for SME Gold Package and SME
Platinum package, the first draft would be delivered within 7 and 14 working
days respectively.
Q8: I don’t need design service, can I
have only the company profile write-up?
No, in general, GECB offers only a
combo of company profile write-up + design package.
Q9: What is the price for company
profile package?
For SME Silver Package → RM890.00 (PP
format) and RM1600.00 (AI format)
For SME Gold Package → RM2400.00 (PP
format) and RM4000.00 (AI format)
For SME Platinum Package → RM4400.00 (PP
format) and RM7200.00 (AI format)
**For overseas clients, GECB accepts foreign purchases in US dollars only. The pricing varies for overseas clients,
please seek for official quotation for present currency rate.
Q10: Do I get on-site support?
Except SME Silver Package RM890 (PP
Format), the rest packages are eligible for one visit. Oftentimes, clients are
invited to visit our office to review our completed projects. Further
discussions can be made via email, tele-conference and/or Skype video (Skype
name: GEConsultGroup).
**For overseas clients, all discussions and support
can be made available via email, tele-conference and/or Skype video (Skype name:
GEConsultGroup).
Q11: What is the payment mode?
All payments shall be made via online
transfer or crossed cheque to be payable to GE Consult. Also to be noted that
for SME Silver (PP format) is cash term, and the rest packages require 50%
deposit and 50% C.O.D.
**For overseas clients, telegraphic
transfer is recommended. Please refer official quotation for bank details.
Q12: What is the turnaround time to complete a company profile?
Depending on the profile packages where SME Silver Package would be completed within 7 working days, SME Gold Package would be completed within 14 to 30 days and SME Platinum Package would be completed within 40 days.
Q13: When do I need to confirm my first 50% payment?
Once the quotation is sent to you, the 50% deposit payment has to be made within 7 working days. The payment has to be provided with prove via email (info@geconsult.org) or Whatsapp/WeChat (+6017-3308077).
Q14: When do I need to confirm my final 50% payment?
Once the final draft is finalised from you, the final 50% payment has to be made before the release of the final company profile soft copy. The payment has to be provided with prove via email (sales@geconsult.org) or Whatsapp/WeChat (+6017-3308077).
Q15: Do I have free company profile editing service after sales?
Yes, minor revisions can be done during the write-ups and also after sales within a period of 30 days. The free editing is allowed to maximum of 3 times only and beyond that will be charged accordingly.
Q16: Can I have bilingual write-up in my company profile?
Yes, the second language is subjected to 60% loading only (from the first language).
Q17: Where can I review samples of the company profiles?
Some samples are available at our official blog (www.geconsult.asia) and official Facebook page (www.fb.com/geconsult).
Q18: Does GECB provide printing service for my company profile?
No, GECB provides only the company profile write-up and design service.
Q19: Where can I provide my company information?
Once the 50% deposit payment is made, the company profile input form (CPIF) links would be given to you via email. You are required to fill up the required fields.
Q20: Apart from company information, do I need to provide anything else?
Yes, you have to submit your company and products-related high resolution pictures to geconsultgroup@gmail.com
Q21: How can I receive the final copy of my company profile?
The final copy will be available in soft copy (in a CD format). The soft copy can be delivered through email or by-hand to your doorstep (by our representatives).
**For overseas clients, all final copies and/or artworks will be delivered through email.
Q22: If I cancel the service, do I get the refund?
No, all payments made are not refundable if cancel of order.
Q23: Does GECB provide company profile service outside Malaysia?
Yes, GECB serves clients across major Asian countries.
