*Identify Marketing Mix 7P.
*Marketing strategy formation.
*Define competitive advantage.

Chapter 4: Financial Projections
*Identify basic financial projections (for non-financial managers).
*Examine ROI, Pay Back and Break Even Analysis.  

Chapter 5: Strategic Planning Implementation
*Understanding budget allocation.
*Determine best KPI evaluation for business.

Fred Wu is the CEO of GE Consult Asia Sdn Bhd and Editor of GEC Business Review. With over 17 years of SME, startup consulting and business plan experience in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and the rest of Asian regions. He has been responsible for the creation and execution of turnaround strategy for multiple diversified firms. He also has significant experience working with trading and service-oriented firms in pre-deal diligence and post deal strategy and in operational engagements across sectors including FMCG, Consumer Goods, E-Commerce and Service industry.

Prior joining GECB, he held several senior positions in large corporations such as Head of Marketing Communication (S.E.A.) for Eastern Decorator Group where he managed extensive brand portfolios including AKEMI®, ELLE®, Cannon®, Fieldcrest®, Schlossberg® Switzerland, FIFA World Cup™, Angry Birds®, Hello Kitty®, Barbie® etc. He was also the General Manager of Marketing & Promotion for Senheng® Group, managed Senheng® and senQ® where he led A&P, CRM, CSR, Merchant Partnership, and E-Commerce, he controlled multi-million Marketing budget.

Fred has crafted numerous marketable products, creative marketing campaigns, print ads, customer loyalty programs, and other marketing related materials. He co-founded Akemi ProModal®, Sleepedia™, SleepTech™, Microtex™, BotanicSilk™, ColourActiv™, Milkcow Malaysia, which being marketed in S.E.A. markets, has generated more than USD500mil revenue, and still counting. 

Fred earned his MBA in Marketing from Charles Sturt University (AUS).
